Our Levels Explained
We offer a wide variety of classes, catering for every level, background and experience.
Intro to Pole
A 4 week course that will teach you the fundamentals of pole. No dance or fitness background needed. This is a recurring class that will happen on the same day and time every week for the whole course duration (4 weeks).
Beginner
Beginner level pole is designed for people that have completed the intro course or have some previous experience in pole but have only learned spins and basic transitions. During a beginner class you will learn spins, shapes on the pole, small combos and climbs.
Improver
Improver is the level where you learn how to go upside down, leg hangs, longer combos & some harder spins and tricks on the pole. Pre-requisites: You should be able to comfortably climb on the pole and have learned basic spins.
Low Intermediate
This is the class where you will be practicing longer combos on spin and static, you will learn shoulder mounts, more advanced tricks on the pole and some arms only tricks (like butterfly). Pre-requisites: You must be comfortable with inverts and leg hangs.
Intermediate
Intermediate is a level designed to learn more advanced combos. You will be introduced to dynamic, strength moves and harder transitions. Pre-requisites: You should have started to practice handsprings & shoulder mounts.
Advanced
In advanced classes we will work on long aerial combos on spin and static pole including dynamic, static rotations, arms only tricks flips and drops. Pre-requisites: You must be comfortable in your shoulder mounts & handsprings.

Special of the Month
This is our rotating Special Class of the month. Each month we will bring a new theme, so you can expect something different every time. Each class includes a thorough warm-up, and progressive exercises/challenges for students. Expect options and modifications so you can meet your body where it's at while still being challenged. Power Pole
Learn power pole in all its glory, creating and using momentum to your benefit. How to get over fear of flying through the wall and become confident in your spins. Controlling the dynamic we create will be an essential part of this class. You will learn different types of Power moves, Drops, Static Rotation, and short explosive combinations. Pre-requisites: Inverts, shoulder mounts desired but not necessary.
Heels Choreo
We will learn Anete's signature choreography. She will share the little key points that help us flow more effortless and graceful from one move to the next. Share her view on how using momentum, range of motion, gradual weight transfer can affect your execution and overall quality of your movement. Focus on musicality and fabulous vibes Always! Pre-requisites: Although no previous dance experience is required, you need to have danced in heels previously and be of improver+ level in heels to attend.
Low Flow
Master the art of seamless transitions and effortless execution through musicality and logical connections to move naturally. Unlock the freedom in your movement. Learn to immerse fully to access your Flow State. A choreography that will include Floorwork, Basework and Spins. Focus on Technique, Fluidity, Rhythm and Presence. Pre-requisites: Although no previous dance experience is required, some previous experience in beginner pole is necessary.
Flex Lab
Ready to get bendy and strong? Flexibility is crucial for pole dancers, as it helps with cleaner lines, deeper extensions, smoother transitions and injury free movements. In this class we will use a blend of different stretching technique, including active work, training your body to be both bendy and strong. This class operates on a rotation system to focus on specific areas (splits, back & shoulders, middle splits & pancakes).Pre-requisites: This class is open to all levels.
Tricks in Heels
In this class you will work on tricks and combos on the pole, just like a regular class, but in heels! The class will be alternating weekly between static and spin pole. You will learn shapes and flowy combos on spin and more acrobatic tricks on static (like small dynamics, kips & jumps). Pre-requisites: This class is mixed level. Climbs and inverts required. Kneepads highly recommended.
Open Training
During an open training the studio is free for two hours for you to practice what you have learned in class, prepare for showcases and competitions or just have fun. Open training is a student led class. It will be supervised to guarantee everyone's safety. You must have previous experience doing pole to attend open training sessions or must have completed at least an intro to pole course. Note: students are not allowed to use this time to teach their own classes. When more than 3 people are booked in for this class, students will have to share the pole.Pre-requisites: you must have completed at least one Intro to Pole.
