First time in the studio or first time doing pole? Here is a short guide on getting ready for your pole class.
What to wear
Layers & comfortable gym clothes. Hoodie and tracksuits/leggings for the warm up. When you're warm and ready to get on the pole, a sport bra and over the knee shorts.
What to bring
A towel for sweat, a cloth to clean the pole, water and grip (if needed). If coming for low flow & heels bring kneepads and your own heels.
DO's and DON'Ts
Don't wear moisturiser before class: it will make gripping the pole harder. Rings, jewellery and watches must be removed during the class as it will compromise student's safety and damage the poles. Classes run on time. For the student's safety, late comers will not be admitted and it will result in your credit being forfeited. Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before class start time.
How to find the studio
The studio address is 32, Brunswick St. North, Stoneybatter, Dublin. D07TWX3. You can find a video on how to find us if you're coming from Smithfield Luas here.Once you have entered the courtyard, turn left and go up the stairs.
